New Sunday rules
Who can sell?
Any business with a liquor license, including bars, liquor stores, restaurants of all sizes, and convenience and grocery stores. Between 110 and 125 additional retail locations will be eligible to apply for a Sunday by-the-drink license. Businesses with licenses to sell packaged liquor will not need a special Sunday license.
What can be sold when?
Distilled spirits and wine by the drink can be sold from 11 a.m. Sunday to 2:30 a.m. Monday. Package sales of those beverages will be allowed 1-9 p.m. Beer, either by the drink or in a package, can be sold from 11 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. Monday.
